Short, in plain language, and honest about the parts that could bite you.

Adoptables

On payment the design is yours: rename it, rewrite its story, use it commercially, resell it.
I keep the right to show the original artwork in my portfolio and social posts.
Each design is sold once. I will not redraw it or sell a near-identical version.

You approve a sketch before colouring. Changes at that stage are free.
After the sketch is approved, large changes may cost extra. I will tell you before doing them, never after.
I will not draw hate imagery, real people in sexual contexts, or anything involving minors sexualised. This is not negotiable.

Prices are quoted in euro and converted to Monero at order time. The rate is held for 30 minutes.
Underpaid orders wait for the difference. Overpaid orders are honoured, and I will refund the excess if you tell me where.
Refunds on digital goods are at my discretion, since I cannot take the file back. Commissions cancelled before the sketch are refunded in full.
Monero payments are irreversible. Check the amount and address before sending: nobody, including me, can undo it.

A bid is a commitment to buy. It costs nothing up front, but I expect you to honour it.
Winners have 48 hours to pay. After that the piece goes to the next bidder and the win is recorded as unpaid.
Two unpaid wins and bidding is closed for that name.

Nothing, unless you tell me. No account is required, no email is required, and there is no tracking on this site.
Monero payments do not tell me who you are. If you want me to be able to reach you, leave a contact when ordering.
Bidder names are stored so auctions work. The passphrase is hashed and cannot be read back, not even by me.

Write through DeviantArt. I answer everything, usually within a couple of days.
